Unfinished project

As most of you probably already know, being an artist is not an easy task.

Ok ok, last year's conservative cuts proved us that Canadian mostly think artists are people who make little drawings on napkins and get millions of dollars from the government to show them to the world while they drink expensive wine and wear fur coats made with live animals. This is just not reality. It's actually hard work, it doesn't pay well and most people think you are a parasite. But we live in the entertainment era, and artists of all kinds are the direct providers of your daily moments of joy. From a practical point of view, art does not only help tourism, but also support every viable aspect of cultural life (bars, special events for your school, etc).

Ok ok I digress. But here's the point: artists must work hard, most of the time on many projects at the same time. And because reality is purely limitative, many projects never get finished, never get presented to the public, never get created. That brings a very frustrating side to the life choice. Here is a very good example of a super project that was simply too ambitious for the Half Baked crew to finish. It's a video for the song "Bunnies", off the album "Half Baked Vs The Ghost Underground". It was an amazing project born in the minds of Aaron Maiden and video director GG (who did the Exoskeleton video) but it was doomed from the start because the infrastructures were lacking for such a big project. I here present it to you, so you can witness that GG had already worked really hard on it. We are probably going to use the footage for something else, since it's so damn good looking. Meanwhile, enjoy this raw clip . In HD, for your pleasure.
